You will always get a real and friendly voice on the phone. Our staff is trained and knowledgeable to answer many general questions, however, please understand their limits of expertise. They should always refer you to consult with the physician to have your unique needs addressed. No two patients are alike and it would be unfair to treat you as if you were.
We have several staff members to serve your needs. We will happily find you appointments to fit your busy schedule, help with skin care and laser needs, help you maintain a youthful appearance throughout decades, and walk you through the cosmetic enhancing process.
Once you elect to become an elite member of our practice, you will always have direct phone access to Linda Owsley, RN, during and after hours to answer your questions, as well as access to the physician whenever necessary.

Stephanie Chapman, Medical Assistant & Billing Specialist
Stephanie Chapman started at Owsley Plastic Surgery as the Medical Receptionist in 2009. She took a short break in 2011 to raise her 2 young girls and returned in 2013 as the Medical Assistant.In 2015 she took on our insurance billing.
She has a wealth of knowledge about cosmetic procedures, the medical industry and insurance. When she’s not at the office, Steph and her husband enjoy time with their 2 young girls, their rescue mutt Roxy and playing golf at Avondale. Steph will be the friendly face walking you through consultation and recovery!
